Magnificent location close to Venice, the Piazza San Marco and the reasonably priced Coop supermarket, everything perfect. This warm apartment is based right in the centre. And it is just walking distance from restaurants. I appreciated the place.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, as it is right in the center and very close to the major tourist attractions like San Marco Square. the rooms are well-designed, with beautiful wood furnishings and sparkling Murano glass chandeliers. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, complete with a toilet, sink, and shower. the hosts even provide thoughtful touches like a bottle of Prosecco and water in the fridge, making you feel truly welcomed.
There may be a slight odor in the bathroom, but it is a common issue in this area.

The apartment at Residenza Calle Larga San Marco is a true gem. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathrooms in each room. The air conditioning is a bonus, ensuring a pleasant stay even during the hot summer days. As a traveler who values comfort and convenience, this apartment exceeded my expectations.
The only downside I found was the size of the bedrooms, which are a bit compact. However, this is just my personal opinion, and others might not mind it at all.

The apartment was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning view that stretched all the way to the Lagoon. It was like stepping into a postcard. Plus, having a private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen in each room made us feel like we were in our very own Venetian palace.
One minor issue was the lack of an information booklet. It would have been helpful to have recommendations on where to eat and important details, like where to be picked up or dropped off by water taxi.

The location was wonderful, right in the heart of Venice. The apartment was well-designed and had everything we needed. The owners had a market shop close by for convenient shopping. A gift of Prosecco was waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment had air conditioning, WiFi, and was very clean. The check-in process was stress-free and the owner was helpful. The apartment had a beautiful Venetian design with polished wood and Murano glass chandeliers. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The apartment's fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver during our stay. We felt like master chefs whipping up delicious meals every night. It was like having our own personal gourmet restaurant right at our fingertips.
Air conditioning - unreliable.

The location was absolutely unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the main square. We loved being in the heart of the city and close to all the hustle and bustle. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, even arranging private water taxis for us. Additionally, the apartment had plenty of space for our family and was a comfortable base for exploring the city.
The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made showering a bit disappointing. It would also have been nice to have a better seal on the kitchen plug for washing glasses.

I had a wonderful stay at the Residenza. the decor and facilities were top-notch, making for a very comfortable experience. the location couldn't have been better, despite being a bit noisy at times. Having a private bathroom in each room was a great convenience. the house itself was spacious and warm, and it had all the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. What really stood out was the host's kindness and quick responses. I have great memories of my time in this accommodation. Cons: Nothing to complain about! 🙌.

We recently stayed at a beautiful apartment just off Piazza San Marco and it was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfy, the apartment was clean, and the decor was stunning with nice furniture and a lovely chandelier. The owner was extremely gracious and even provided us with snacks, water, and wine. The location was extremely convenient, just a 2 minute walk to St. Marks Square. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.
Would recommend this hotel.
